UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 24 hours of package delivery, otherwise claims will be rejected.
*If customer is not 100% percent satisfied with order, customer may contact us for a return authorization (within 5 days of delivery) and ship back merchandise( at customers expense) for a full refund of original purchase price. Merchandise must be in new condition upon return. If non-defective merchandise does not qualify for replacement or refund, customer is responsible for all transit costs. We reserve the right to take ownership of said merchandise if customer does not pay for outbound re-ship fees within 30 days.
